This means that everyone on the planet experiences it differently, and while most of us can expect to see it in our neighbor’s life, it can also happen to you! Typically, people have 3 main things they hate more than a normal day: social media, TV, and internet surfing. With social media coming into vogue again this year, there’s even more of a chance for social media to take a negative sting out of it!

If you’ve been sitting out on the coldest day of the year, then you’re in luck! Winter is coming and we’re going to see some cold weather for the rest of the year. That meant no TV for the whole day, and no internet for the evening. Instead, you get to relax and have some quality time with family and friends. Sometimes, you just have to lie down on the sofa and watch a film with family and friends while they welcome you home. I love going to the beach, soaking in the sun, and drinking wine with friends. But, in the winter, I’m afraid it’s going to be a very lonely winter.

It’s such a downer to report, but this is the perfect time to spend quality time with your family and friends. You can relax with a book, take a walk around the block, or just spend some quality time with your loved ones. Just be sure to take care of yourself and make time for family time too – without being overstimulated.
